SpeedQuizzing Hosts – Connect Day 2021
This is the delayed 2020 event which was planned following success of the 2019 SpeedQuizzing Hosts Connect Day! We are now using our 10 Year Anniversary (since being established as a limited company) as an additional excuse to get together and celebrate. This event is now set to take place on Friday 12th November 2021.
For those that attended the 2019 event, the format shouldn’t stray too much from that. So should run something like this…
- 12.00pm Arrival/Informal Drinks at 1331 bar in York (13 Grape Lane, YO1 7HU).
- 12.30pm Buffet.
- 1.00pm Welcome and Q&A session with the SpeedQuizzing team.
- 2.00pm Quiz, showcasing latest updates.
- 3.00pm Q&A session about newly revealed features.
- 3.30pm Informal networking with SpeedQuizzing team and fellow hosts.
- 4.30pm Finish (SpeedQuizzing team pack down).
- 5.30pm The SpeedQuizzing team will be doing something sociable on the evening to which everyone will be invited (Last time this amounted to a pub-crawl around two pubs).
York is a popular tourist cathedral city with plenty of things to do and see. Anyone planning to make a weekend of it with respective wives, husbands, partners etc. will be more than welcome to drag them along to whatever it is we decide to do on the evening.
*The deposit (£15) is necessary to ensure that we can have an idea of how many people to cater for. Deposits WILL be refunded on arrival. Deposits WON’T be refunded for no-shows. Obviously if this event is cancelled due to COVID all deposits will be refunded.
