Chat Room-SpeedQuizzing doesn’t require a separate app to play as it is played in the chat room in the ZOOM app, submitting answers via chat text.

Chat Room-SpeedQuizzing is played best on a Laptop or iPad as it will benefit from being able to see the screen and chat at the same time.

Player instructions.

• To play on a laptop. Download the ZOOM Client for Meetings  https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting.

• To play on an iPhone / iPad/ Android / Kindle Fire, search for the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app in the app stores.

• Once installed, open the ZOOM app and click “Join Meeting“.

• Important: The Name field you enter must be your quiz team name and it must be original / unique. If two participants choose the same name you won’t be able to play. If you pick an obvious quiz name like Quiz Team Aguilera there’s a good chance someone else will too. so stick a random number on the end.

• Note: You will not be able to change your quiz team name after this, so get it right and don’t forget the three digits.

• Your 9 or 10 digit Meeting ID will be provided by your quiz host.

• Clicking “Join Video” is optional.

• When prompted be sure to press “Use Computer Audio”

• Now just wait for the quiz host to admit you into the game.
